Powerful and Efficient Cooling
A state-of-the-art compressor provides powerful cooling while being efficient enough to meet the strict California Department of Energy consumption guidelines. Internal fans circulate cool air throughout the cabinet to create faster cooldown and eliminate hot spots, ensuring that each bottle in your collection is aging in the intended temperature range.
The digital displays and push button controls are easily accessible and intuitive. You can precisely control the interior temperature. The LED display shows the set temperature during adjustments, then displays the current temperature, allowing you to monitor how the unit is performing. You can also turn the lights on and off, change the display from Fahrenheit to Celsius and turn off the power to the appliance with the push of a button.
A finished black cabinet allows the unit to look great in freestanding applications, while the front-venting design allows you to build the appliance into cabinetry so that only the stainless steel framed glass door and toe kick are visible. The cool blue lighting and refined wooden shelves add to an aesthetic that is pleasing to the eye.
Glide-Out Wooden Shelves
30 sturdy wooden shelves gently cradle your bottles and reduce harmful vibration that could upset the sediment of your wine during long term storage. Telescoping roller assemblies extend all but the bottom shelf so that you can easily view and access the rear bottles, so you don't have to remove the front bottles

We ordered the dual wine friges on a Sat. They were delivered free of charge as promised in AZ the next Friday. Exceptional packing job. Units seemed in perfect condition. Instead of $350 for the "white glove delivery," we opted to hire local guys who moved the two 250 lb. units from the garage to the pantry for $100. After resting for 8 hours the units were turned on and set at 55 degrees. They have been running for a little over two weeks and keep between 54 and 58 degrees. I love the easy-gliding, long pull-out wooden shelves. Loading was a breeze. Diverse sized bottle fit. Units are very attractive. They are plugged in to surge protectors on separate circuits. One aspect of the advertising which is slightly misleading: individually, the units are not "dual zone". Each unit is a single zone and can only be set to one temp. Together they constitute a "dual zone" in that each unit can be set at a different temperature. Real dual zone units are bit more expensive. A Beverage Factory person hinted that the single zone units are more reliable. So I stuck with what I had once my misunderstanding was clarified. Another minor point: the units themselves and the instruction manual clearly state that they are for "freestanding installation only". Beverage Factory advertising says they can be "built in". Fortunately, our installation was "nearly" freestanding. i.e. They were not enclosed in a cabinet. After discovering this discrepancy, We checked with the seller, described our installation, and were told that as long as we left a couple inches space on each side that it would be "OK". Beverage Factory should clarify that in their description. As to noise level, the units are operating very quietly. We have a circa 10 year old standard refrigerator in the pantry with the two wine units. They are by far quieter than the older frig.
