Typically, orders are processed within 24 - 48 hours. However, processing times may vary depending on the availability of the products you've ordered and any customizations you've requested. Once your order has been processed, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can stay updated on its shipping status.

Orders generally leave our warehouses within 2-3 business days of purchase via standard curbside delivery, and most orders will take between 3 and 12 days to arrive depending on your distance from our warehouses.

All Luxury Home Bar appliances are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, with the option to purchase an extended warranty through our partnership with Clyde. While Luxury Home Bar attempts to facilitate any warranty work between our customers and the manufacturers, all warranties are provided by the manufacturers. Therefore, your warranty depends on the brand of the product you have purchased. You may reach out to us at our customer support line if you have any questions regarding warranties.

At the moment, we exclusively ship our products to the continental United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories.

We are pleased to offer FREE curbside delivery for all our products. However, if you require expedited or white glove delivery, we can certainly arrange that for an additional fee. With our white glove delivery service, our team will handle setup and packaging removal for you. To learn more about our delivery options, please reach out to our customer support line.

White Glove Delivery is a premium delivery service offered by Luxury Home Bar for customers who want the ultimate convenience and peace of mind. With this service, our professional delivery team will bring your item(s) to your home, unpack them, inspect them, place them where you want them, and dispose of the packaging.

  1. Ultimate Service: Our white glove delivery service is the epitome of luxury and convenience, providing you with a stress-free experience from start to finish.
  2. Packaging Removal: Don't worry about the mess of packaging materials - we will remove them for you! Delivery is by appointment, and we will contact you to set a date that works for you.
  3. Stair Charges: Please note that additional charges may apply for locations with 5 or more stair steps.

We have put into place security measures to protect personal information from loss, misuse or alteration while it is under our control.

If your product is damaged, defective or incorrect (including Personalized items) please contact our Customer Service Care Department at 1-888-202-9120 for further instructions. If you return a damaged, defective or incorrect item (including Personalized items not made correctly) you will receive a credit or an exchange depending on your request. Shipping & Handling will be refunded if this is one of the cases with your item(s).

At Luxury Home Bar, we strive to ensure that every item you purchase is the perfect fit for your home. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you get it sorted and make your return process as smooth as possible.

With an exception for Summit Appliances, we offer returns for most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please note that return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

Kindly include information on the items you wish to return. Once we receive your merchandise, we will review and process it for exchange or credit.

It is important to ensure that all merchandise is returned in new condition, unused, and in its original factory condition. This includes all original boxes, packaging materials, documentation, instructions, and accessories. Please note that personalized and custom items, as well as shipping and handling charges, are non-refundable. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
